Salmon Dip

Quick and easy, just grill one extra salmon fillet!

  • 1 8-10 oz. Salmon fillet, grilled, boned and smashed into pulp

    1 block of Cream Cheese, softened

    Green onion, chopped (to taste)

    Put all Ingredients in order listed into a medium bowl and mix together. Use the back of a spoon to smash it all into a smooth paste.
    Chill for 2 hours, serve with crackers of your choice
